Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. While I strive to meet the estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions or carrier delays) may cause shipping delays. Please contact me to initiate the return process. Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it. Items will be inspected upon return. Any damaged or used items may be ineligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
